Design is not just a visual medium. It's about functionality. It's about accessibility. But most of all, design can be used to connect with people. That is what I think of when I hear Design.

With over ten years within the sphere of Customer Service, I believe in the power of people. Connections are what ties us together and the same goes for User Experience. I believe in the power of empathy and understanding others in order to create the best experience needed. Weither it is for a nonprofit preschool inclusive to all or a startup company wanting to give nurses a chance to ask questions, that is why I am driven to UX.
