My name is Erin Murphy and based in Austin,Texas. I have always found researching fascinating, particularly when it comes to how to help businesses have a better connection with their clients. As a user researcher, by using analytical thinking and empathy, I can pinpoint what both a user and the business needs.

Having sixteen years in Customer Service, I am looking to break into the world of user experience, particularly in research. Being exceptionally well versed in communication, flexibility, and showing initiative, my passion lies in using reflective judgement and thinking through in order to give those a higher level of experience through a service or product.
